Our plumbing emergency could have been a disaster but Samuel was super quick to respond (arrived in under a hour), was polite, kind and solved the issue quickly (a screw through a central heating pipe in a really awkward place). He did a brilliant job and communicated clearly at each stage of solving the problem. I would recommend his services and certainly 5 star service. Thank you!!

I had an emergency request past 10pm on a Friday, which was promptly answered. He was both skilled and courteous. He identified the problem and replaced the kitchen tap the following day. I know for a fact he had a very busy day but still he squeezed in time for me. Great service, strongly recommend.

Really grateful to Samuel who came quickly on a Saturday night when I couldn't turn my shower off, due to a broken control. Luckily he was able to turn it off so we could restore the water supply to the house. He gave me advice about what is needed to install a new control, work which I'll be happy to give him. Courteous and helpful throughout, and reasonably priced despite being a Saturday evening and attending as an emergency.
