• Emergency call-outs are typically attended within 1 hour, available 24/7. During standard working hours, emergencies are billed at our usual rates.

• Our services are charged per hour, with a minimum one-hour booking. After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute intervals.

• Depending on the nature of the job, we offer hourly rates, daily rates, or fixed-price quotes.

• Materials provided by our team are subject to a 30% trade handling charge.

• Time spent collecting materials, as well as certain reports or estimates, may incur additional charges.

We kindly request full payment upon receipt of invoice.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Tradespeople carry a secure chip and pin machine and will provide you with a receipt.
